GUIDE 01Talk with another user
- Open your organization’s workspace and Internal chat.
- Choose an authorized user in the same workspace.
- Write and send the text message.
- Review history and available read or presence indicators.
Presence indicates recent activity, not a guarantee that the person is viewing that chat.
GUIDE 02Delegate a task
- Open Collaboration and choose Delegate a task.
- Describe the work and choose responsible user, priority and deadline.
- Link another application’s record if relevant and permitted.
- Save and review the task in the work or delegation views.
A record link respects the original application’s permissions.
GUIDE 03Update and comment on work
- Open a task assigned to you or one you can manage.
- Record start, progress or completion through available actions.
- Comment and mention team members when appropriate.
- Use authorized reassignment or cancellation and preserve context.
Task comments do not replace recording a fill, delivery or approval in its module.
GUIDE 04Find pending work
- Switch between My work, Assigned to me, Delegated by me and the enabled organization view.
- Search by task or responsible user.
- Filter statuses and review deadlines.
- Open the context before deciding the next step.
Viewing a task does not automatically grant administrative rights over other modules.
