GUIDE 01Prepare products and warehouses
- Create the warehouses your organization uses.
- Register each product with clear identification and description.
- Choose its unit of measure and reorder thresholds.
- Review the catalog before recording movements.
Distinguish boxes, units, pairs, liters and other measures; a quantity alone does not describe what is issued.
GUIDE 02Record a movement
- Open Record movement.
- Choose product, warehouse and an allowed movement type.
- Enter quantity, date and reference or reason.
- Confirm and check the new balance and history entry.
Verify unit of measure and warehouse before saving.
GUIDE 03Find stock and replenish
- Search by product, code, category or warehouse.
- Filter availability and balances needing attention.
- Review movements to understand the resulting balance.
- Record the actual receipt when replenishment arrives.
A low-stock notice does not itself create a purchase.
GUIDE 04Import, export and correct
- Use Import Excel / CSV when your view and role allow it.
- Review fields, mappings and validations before confirming.
- Export information from the required view.
- To correct a movement, use an authorized reversal with a reason when appropriate.
Preserve history; do not simulate a movement to hide an error.
