Guide to HR

Personnel records, working hours, payroll, receipts and contracts.

For personnel managers and employees with portal access. Updated: 7 October 2026

GUIDE 01

Organize personnel

  1. Open HR and add the person’s record.
  2. Complete identification, department, role and information needed by your organization.
  3. Add the relevant photo and documents with appropriate permissions.
  4. Search by name or employee number to open the record.

Use the correct arrangement: permanent, temporary, contracted, company employee or service provider.

GUIDE 02

Configure working hours and remuneration

  1. In the personnel record, open Arrangement and remuneration.
  2. Configure regime, resolution or agreement, days, shifts and weekly hours.
  3. Set monthly salary, hourly rate or service fees and additional pay concepts.
  4. To increase or reduce pay, use Adjust salary and specify amount or percentage, effective date and reason.

Versions preserve history. Providers are identified by service fees and are not treated as employees receiving salary receipts.

GUIDE 03

Record hours and prepare receipts

  1. Select the period and record regular hours, overtime and informational absences.
  2. Review the client’s configured rates and premiums.
  3. Generate the receipt draft and verify earnings, deductions and net pay.
  4. Preview and publish only after review by the designated specialist. Employees can view current receipts once their access is linked.

Absences are not automatically deducted. The employer defines concepts, premiums and amounts; not all collective agreements or provincial rules are applied automatically.

GUIDE 04

Review payroll and generate contracts

  1. Open Payroll and salaries and select the period.
  2. Filter by department, arrangement or status and export payroll to Excel.
  3. Open Contracts in the personnel record and configure the approved template for that arrangement.
  4. Generate the document, review its variables and download the PDF, retaining review or cancellation status.

Proposed amounts and published net pay are different. A generated contract does not include a digital signature or independently establish legal validity.

Frequently asked questions about HR

Does the system generate a PDF receipt?

Yes, from configurable concepts and amounts, with review before publication.

Can I view the whole payroll?

Authorized roles can review payroll by period and download Excel. Each employee accesses only their permitted information.

Do monotributista service providers receive salary receipts?

They are identified as service providers with fees. This detail does not replace the corresponding invoice.

Does it calculate every provincial agreement automatically?

No. The client configures and reviews the regime, concepts and premiums with its payroll team.

Current scope

  • Published net pay does not confirm that money has been transferred.
  • External PDFs are not interpreted or automatically included in payroll totals.
  • Digital signatures and comprehensive automatic agreement-based payroll are not included.
