Guide to Management

Requests, approvals, responsibility and follow-up.

For administrative and operational departments. Updated: 7 October 2026

GUIDE 01

Register a request

  1. Open New request.
  2. Describe the work and choose department and priority.
  3. Specify responsible user and deadline when applicable.
  4. Save and review its initial status.

A specific title makes work easier to find and delegate.

GUIDE 02

Review and approve

  1. Filter requests awaiting approval.
  2. Open details and review information, scope and background.
  3. Use approval or rejection if your role is authorized.
  4. Record the relevant reason or context and verify status.

Approval in the application does not automatically purchase goods or transfer money.

GUIDE 03

Follow the work

  1. Switch between board and list.
  2. Filter by status, department, text or responsible user.
  3. Open the request and record permitted progress.
  4. Complete it when the work is finished and review history.

Changes should describe what happened, not merely move requests between columns.

GUIDE 04

Coordinate and review

  1. Find the request to review context.
  2. Use Collaboration to delegate related work if the package is enabled.
  3. Review responsible users and deadlines.
  4. Export records from views offering that action.

Conversations and tasks complement requests; they do not replace recorded decisions.

What does Unassigned mean?

Names and actions may vary by your role and the client configuration. If an action is missing, contact your administrator.
